Centennial also offers an uninterrupted view of the front range. Many properties in this town are located high up. Unlike Lakewood or Aurora you are not nestled down low where you cannot even see the mountains.

To give you an understanding, it will cost you a $135k initiation fee PLUS another $1k a month.

Cherry Hills Village is a rustic community with the finest amenities. You can access fine dining, entertainment, and shopping in the nearby communities like the Cherry Creek shopping center. You are also right below the heart of downtown.

With a low crime rate and top-tier schools, it’s a haven for those who demand the best. So, it may be one of the best suburbs in Denver for young professionals and families. However, you may need to make a significant financial commitment. Homes in Cherry Hills Village, Colorado, are quite pricey but worth every buck spent.

Whenevr I have someone visit me here in Colorado, I make sure that they get to see Golden in their time here. The vibes, beer, and views are impeccable.

However, housing prices in Golden are pricey and 60% above the US national housing average.

Golden is also a college town. Now, when I say college down, I don’t want you envisioning keg stands in the streets. The Colorado School of Mines is a very demanding engineering schools. I have a few friends and my cousin that both attend. Neither of them are the party type. However, with the college in town, it keeps things young, energetic, and interesting.

8.) Lakewood – Convenience and Entertainment:

Lakewood earns its spot as one of the closest suburbs to downtown Denver. It is a few minute’s drive from Denver but cheaper than living in Denver.
